The problem
Importers had no live view of their orders, and inspection results travelled by spreadsheet and WhatsApp, so problems showed up late.
What I built
- Three roles in one portal: a buyer view, a phone-first inspector app and an admin view.
- The inspector app works in English and Urdu, built for use on the factory floor.
- AQL inspection results, corrective actions that follow a failed check, and supplier scorecards.
- Each buyer only sees their own orders.
