The problem
Builders and home owners were tracking projects across spreadsheets and messages. They needed one place for tasks, milestones, dependencies and daily progress.
What I built
- Built the platform from the ground up together with one other developer, frontend from approved designs plus backend and database.
- Owned the Timeline: a full Gantt module with drag-and-drop, a working calendar that skips weekends and holidays, and all four dependency types.
- Dates and durations calculate themselves, progress rolls up from tasks to the project, with year, month and week views and PDF export.
- Projects, tasks, milestones, daily progress and To-Do / In Progress / Complete statuses.
- Role-based access, privacy levels on project information, and data export.
